WITHIN THE HORIZON

In the North Atlantic, a crescent-shaped island stretches across the sea, measuring 43 kilometers in length and just 1.2 kilometers in width. Its native wild ponies leave trails of hoofprints upon the sand, while resident and migratory birds circle within the same expanse of sky. At the horizon, a veil of soft light emerges, unfolding the chapters of life with each sunrise and sunset.

The Collection WITHIN THE HORIZON draws inspiration from Geographies of Solitude, the documentary directed by Jacquelyn Mills, focusing on Sable Island — a narrow strip of land set in Canada’s North Atlantic. With design elements shaped by the island’s landscapes and creatures, the collection seeks to capture, through the human gaze, the solitude and freedom of life within the horizon, and the vastness of the boundless earth.
